Enter your holdings, your target mix and how much you want to invest – get the exact number of shares to buy.
Only buys are suggested, so rebalancing with new money never triggers a sale. Use the ⋯ menu on a holding to stop buying it while keeping it. Keep several portfolios with Profiles – they are saved in this browser only.
Put new money into the holdings that are below their target and none into the ones above it. The calculator works out how many whole shares of each to buy so your portfolio ends as close to the target as the amount allows.
No. Your holdings are saved only in your browser's local storage. Use Export to back up your profiles or move them to another device. The site counts anonymous usage, such as how often Calculate is pressed, with cookie-free analytics; no tickers, amounts or personal data are sent.
The calculator buys whole shares and stops when another share would move your portfolio away from its targets, so some cash can stay uninvested. Press Invest it anyway to spend it regardless. After you save the new positions, the leftover is remembered and offered to add to your next investment.
Add the new funds, then use the ⋯ menu on each old fund and choose Stop buying (keep holding). Link it to the new fund it replaces, for example VOO to VWRA. The old fund is never bought again, but its value counts toward the new fund's target, so you set the targets once and they stay right. Choose Not counted to leave a fund out of the calculation.
Yes. Choose the currency of your investment amount next to it; Update prices and Import positions record each fund's own currency, and prices are converted with the European Central Bank's daily rates before anything is compared. Orders are still shown in each fund's own currency – for example VOO in USD and VWCE on Xetra in EUR in one portfolio.
A locked target keeps its value when you edit another target. The remaining percentage is split between the unlocked rows.
This is a calculator, not financial advice. Check prices and orders with your broker before you trade.
